I had ordered corsages for a baby shower for the mother to be and the two grandmothers. The sales staff was wonderful during the ordering process and they told me since it was a Sunday I could pick up Saturday. I called Saturday to see what time they would be ready and I was told at 9am they were ready because they were made the night before. When I picked them up the mother to be's looked stunning but the grandmother's to be already looked a little wilted. When I took them out of the fridge today both of the grandmother's corsages the white flowers were brown. I am very disappointed that they were made on Friday when they knew they were for an event for Sunday. if they were not wilted they would have been the most beautiful corsages ever but I expected more for the price of the corsage. Also since they knew it was for Sunday I would have hoped they would have used blooms that would have looked good for the day of the event .
Ashling is the most accommodating florist I have ever met. She goes above and beyond consistently. Everyone is always in awe of her arrangements. Get crazy and tell her to go outside the box for a wonderful surprise!
After years of ordering flowers online and pretty much always being somewhat disappointed, I found this shop and was completely blown away in every aspect. I ordered a dozen roses for my anniversary, and picked up the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that I have ever seen in my life. At a price point that was competitive with the online services. The staff was so friendly and so caring, when I was leaving they noticed one of the flowers was broken comma and quickly rushed over and within two minutes I was back out the door with a perfect arrangement of flowers. They really care about their customers, and they care about their craft. I highly recommend this floral shop.

She was wonderful she spoke of investigating the issue and making sure it would not happen again and also offered my store credit for the corsages I purchased. Business are not perfect but when they care this much about customer satisfaction it really is impressive. I will return to Viburnum Designs for sure for my floral needs! ** Thank you
This is a note of thanks to the wonderful shop assistants at the 202 Nassau Street, Princeton store. I came last Friday night after the store closed, but the assistants noticed my arrival and kindly unlocked the door and efficiently (in the space of five minutes!) prepared a spectacular flower arrangement that made my evening and delighted the recipient! Betty was amazing as she dealt with me to get the perfect funeral display. She searched for the blooming plant I wanted and added the special ethnic touch that I asked for. She made multiple calls to me to let me know she hadn't forgotten about me. Flowers were at the funeral home when I arrived and they were beautiful...thanks!
