Toys cheaper than other big stores. More variety in foods, I was able to find the organic brands I could only otherwise get online.

This is like the whole foods/Sam's club for pets! Lots of great products for our animal friends. I came here to buy shampoo, and a collar for my cat a year ago and saw an array of items you can't find in the usual pet aisle in other stores. It's a great place to bump into other fellow pet owners too. Smaller than a pets-mart but abundant in supplies.
Had problems of picking yummy snacks for my dog. Much bigger variety in selection and had many rare items like dry tripe.
The staff was very friendly! This location is a small space in comparison to Petco & Petsmart, but it is super clean and classy looking. They leave snacks and water out for the dogs. I did not have my dog on a leash and was having a hard time holding him and they offered me a leash to borrow in my time there, so nice of them. They played with my dog and gave him lots of loving.
