This place is really nice! I bought two Groupons and tried it. Although they are pricey, I think they do a great job. I came in for a haircut and a wax - I love my cut and I thought the wax was done very well. I would recommend this if your willing to splurge a bit, and get a nice new style. If you're going for a regular trim.. I would say this place might be pricey, so look for promotions.
Cameron did an incredible job with my crazy curly hair and frizzy split ends! In addition to being a skilled stylist, she's also a great conversationalist and put me right at ease. She did a great job of patiently recommending treatments for my hair as well. Lastly the atmosphere here is really relaxing and cozy--beautiful eclectic works of art decorate the walls, and they recycle used products with Terracycle. Good for the Earth and the community. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny to treat yourself.
One word: FABULOUS! If you want perfection do not hesitate to make Copper River Salon your beauty home. Barbara, the proprietor did my color and went over and beyond the call of "beauty" to make me happy. Best colorist EVER. The other stylists I observed were equally talented.
This is a charming salon in the heart of Princeton. I have found that the stylists there have significant experience and are very skilled to work with all types of hair. The only reason I would give the salon four stars is that the online pricing does not reflect current pricing. These should be in sync.
I had a haircut here about a month ago, and there is absolutely no difference between a stylist and a "designer"! I wanted my side-swept bangs trimmed, and shorted a little, and the "designer" cut it bluntly so it fell above my eyes and slanted... I am mortified but didn't want to tell her to fix it because I didn't want her to cut any more off. I've just been pinning my bangs up and suppose I will have to for the next two months. What a disappointment! Especially at this price!!!
