I had 2 vacuums repaired and bought a Fuller Brush vacuum from Mark. He was so nice and helpful. I would totally recommend them!
Do not order from them online I ordered a machine and quilting frame a year ago from them and still don't have all the pieces I ended up having to pay for parts because they never did return calls or send parts would not recommend to anyone.
I visited this store and I have never seen such a disorganized place. There was a coating of dust over everything. Threads were covered in dust. If you are in a wheel chair good luck. I would not recommend shopping here.
poor customer service- couldn't fill a simple order without several calls and finally cancelled anyway.
Chris was able to repair my Sebo 3.1 and found that it was still under warranty. Excellent service and everyone there was friendly!
