I have got to say how pleased I am with my State Farm car insurance and local agent. Last week my car broke down and I was stranded along the side of the road. Lucky for me...... I had some sort of road hazard coverage and a fully charged cellphone. I was clueless of the policy specifics......all that I cared about was getting safely off the road. I called my agent Verma Bindu and she dropped what she was doing, connected me to Emergency Assistance.......and even stayed on the line until the dispatcher found me a tow truck. Insurance is something you really don't want to collect on. But "Stuff" Happens!! And when it does, it's great to have insurance that you can count on. When I was in dire straits.....State Farm and Bindu Verma delivered for me.

I never write Reviews but this one is too deserved to ignore. Bindu Verma has tirelessly fought on my behalf.....and that is the kind of insurance agent you want. The details aren't important ( six months of big FEMA mistakes all bound in red tape) but my premium was incorrectly jacked up. Anyway, because of Bindu's persistence, I received a refund check of over $1200 dollars. This was all due to Bindu's constant queries and diligence. It's good to find and agent who "has your back"
Very knowledgeable and her support staff is willing to sit with you and go over ALL of your paperwork. There is no rush or pressure when filling out auto loan paperwork here. I will be using this office (and Domingo's) in the future. A+ 100%.
