Driver “got lost” 4.5 hours later after numerous calls to the store. Had to pay full price - Domino’s is the worst! Never again!

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We ordered food at 12am and this dominos closes at 1am. They did not contact us at all and did NOT deliver our food. When I called, they said that they were closed (which is fine). But I called an hour ago. If they didn’t deliver to the hotel we were staying at, they should have contacted us. By the way, we are 4 miles away and a 10 minute drive. I sat in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes like an idiot and had another pizza delivery guy pull up and handed me a menu (they were open until 3). This is NOT the first time dominos has done us wrong. I plan on NEVER ordering from the dominos in Princeton again. Thanks dominos for having TERRIBLE customer service.
