I would complain but don't like getting tied up on phones
it seems like a legimate complaint but your legislator won't do a thing about it.
they have monopolized the cable service.
Comcast seems to raise prices at its convenience and the taxes charged for your phone are out of line but they have you by the !!!! whatever you like to call it.
They disallowed the phone companies some time ago from doing this and now allow Comcast to take over
