Every time I come now the employees are arguing with each other instead of taking orders.
Bad bad quality of food and service. Dirty and unhygenic. Staff has no clue nor interest in making u the food. Please skip it. I would consider this as health hazard. I will never ever go here again.
Found 3 bones in my chicken. Absolutely lost my appetite, paid $11-12 for my food and it went to waste. Disappointing
More importantly, last time I came, the drink machine was completely broken. The touch screen didn't work. Which I didn't find out until after I grabbed my cup and tried to get water.
This location used to be well-run and a very enjoyable place to come. For the past month, however, it seems there has been a change of management...definitely for the worse.
We used to love this place since we ate here every time we visited Princeton. But this time is disappointing. Bad service, bad drinks. Is there a change in management or ownership?
2 stars because Qdoba food is still decent, they can't really mess that up too much...
I then told the staff and they said "yeah it doesn't work." So I asked to be compensated with a water bottle - seems reasonable. And not only did they deny my request, they also said the following verbatim quote: "You can be compensated by buying a bottled drink." Not sure what they think compensated means, but that about sums up my experience...
This Qdoba isn't as good as others that I have experienced. There is something very strange about this place and the food just didn't seem right. Qdoba, usually is one of my favorite places to eat and the one I visit often is on RT 22 near Union township. I understand franchises her the same kind of ingredients sent to them and the food/menu itself is assembled on site, but this place simply didn't stand up to the quality I have come to expect at other Qdobas.
