We paid for it and this place lost a customer.
My family and I came here for a birthday dinner to celebrate. When our food came out, the servers brought two meals to another table and that table began eating the food. It just so happens that these two meals were for the birthday boys. The waiter put in the orders again and began to cook the two meals to hopefully bring them out before the rest of us were done eating. We all would have loved to eat together, but the other meals would have been cold by the time the other two came back out.
I was in a big rush for a quick bite before my appointment.... 25 minutes to order, get the food, gulp it down and then be at my presentation which was close by so I went to the bar. The bartender was very accommodating and I ate and got to my place with 3 minutes to spare. Well done.
For the money, not worth it. Food is over flavored. I don't need blue cheese and coffee on a $36 dollar 12 oz NY strip. Went to Texas Roadhouse last night, paid 1/2 the price for more and better food.
Good food. Great apps. Atmosphere is really nice. Little pricey.
Fyi, there're many other places able to cook the meat the way you want, without receiving arrogant comments, this way: the interior of a medium-rare steak will be mostly pink with just a tiny bit of red in the center, and the interior temperature is between 130F and 140F. That's it!
I got the Ceasar's salad with mesquite... it was fast but I wouldn't recommend it unless you fully read the description first.

This was BY FAR the WORST restaurant experience my family and I have ever had. I would expect something like this to happen at an Applebee's or an IHOP, but not Salt Creek Grille. Please be hire competent employees.
We spoke to the manager that evening and asked that those meals be taken off the bill, as this was a major inconvenience for our party and this was a mistake on the restaurant staff. She agreed and said it would be taken care of. However, when we received our check, we reviewed it thoroughly and caught yet another mistake... they had not taken the meal off of the bill...they had charged those two meals TWICE!!! We then spoke to the manager again and had the bill corrected...or so we thought. We had checked the bank statement online only to find that they did not credit the difference, but charged the original amount of $160 along with the total of $120 which excluded the two meals.
We've had dinner there almost 50 times. As almost always, I've ordered a steak medium rare which came too cooked like "almost always". This time I sent it back and I heard by the manager with an arrogant style that I was "always" sending back this meat because it's not cooked as I wanted. He argued that this restaurant has its proper "medium rare cook" standard which is not the same as the one I was asking for, I mean the American way to dot it medium rare...???
