This was the first time I was at this particular Honda dealership, and my first time buying a used vehicle. Car is solid, has a warrantee. Mark W. Was very polite and well-versed regarding his on-hand inventory. He did not apply a lot of pressure and was willing to answer all my questions. I believe I got a reasonable deal on a solid car.
We have been dealing with Brian Watkinson at Honda of Princeton for about 25 years, going back to when they were Z&W Motors. Over the years we have bought several cars from him, always enjoying the experience and the cars themselves. The dealership has grown during that time, but has remained easy to do business with -- honest, reliable, and helpful. We just bought yet another (a CR-V) from Brian, and once again we have been delighted with the experience and with the car. Just can't say enough good things about Brian and the dealership!
Great for nursing moms! We bought our minivan (3 kids now) here in May, and it's in for service. I was in the courtesy shuttle heading back to work when I realized I left my breast pump parts in my car. We headed back and they provided me with a private office to pump in! I'm pumping right now! Is there an award for businesses being supportive and accommodating of breastfeeding/pumping moms?
This is the best Honda Dealer. Getting service here is a pleasure because they have such a great waiting area. Every time I’m here they have some new improvement to make the experience better. I love this place and I’m not one to enjoy car dealers. This place is different.
Top notch experience. I went in to look at the new 2018 Accord for fun and drove home with one 2 hours later! Thank you to the entire staff especially the director of sales for making this a truely remarkable experience. And I get life time oil changes!
