Classic charlatan car dealership. I bought a car from Sean Carter, he over exaggerated the promotion Volkswagen was giving to get me sign the deal. He also lied about mailing my license plates on multiple occasions when I called for updates, so my car sat as a paperweight with expired temporary tags for weeks. I'd been promised a fuel gift card to make amends for the plates multiple times, which I never received. When I asked to get the full amount of the promotion as agreed upon, they finger pointed around the office and left me with "we'll see what we can do and get back to you" and, unsurprisingly, no follow up. It quickly became evident that once they got their money, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority

Outstanding service by the entire Princeton VW staff however, special shout out to goes to Sean Carter! He really helped me a lot and made sure I was getting the best deal that would suit my needs. I did not feel pressured in any way shape or form, and he made the entire experience a very positive one. This is my 4th Volkswagen and I've been to 4 different dealerships, but I know I will definitely be coming back to Princeton for my 5th one. Highly recommending Sean and Princeton VW to all my friends and family
As always a very good customer experience when dealing with Volkswagen Princeton .. in this case with the service dept. Very professional and courteous ... dealing with Patti Costa was real pleasure.
A few weeks ago their service department replaced the high-pressure fuel pump on my Audi A4 to the tune of $1,300. Since that day, cruise control will not work. I called up and the polite receptionist informs me that I would have to pay another diagnostics fee for them to look at the car again. I think not.
