Update after rental:
Ladeerah was wonderful to work with! She was very positive and courteous. Process of renting and returning was quick and easy. The only issue is the location of this rental store. It is very difficult to get in and out of the lot as the only way in and out is a few 100 or so feet from a very busy street and intersection light onto the highway.
Ended up having to drive 30 minutes back home and catch an Uber to the rental car because cancelling last minute and finding another option would take too much time.
After speaking with the corporate department nothing was honored no apology given. Last time using Avis
Worst avis experience I've had. Car was not cleaned before rental. Did not allow me to park my car in their lot which every other avis has allowed through my dozens of rentals. Suggested I park on the side of a random street, come to find out you will get ticketed/towed after 2am on that road.
best rental place so far experienced. The staff is super good. i have been renting over a year from this place and so far have never faced any problem. Best service, best price and best car! I recommend all renters to try this place once and you might not want to rent from any other place.
Avis charged my card for the same amount of the coupon I used. Pre-paid for the rental but they charged me the coupon discount after returning the car. Worker at the location was unhelpful and directed me to the 1-800 number then hung up.
I've rented twice and will continue to rent for this location. Wonderful staff and great rental prices.
Customer service was excellent, and the rental paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently. Staff were friendly and professional. Car was clean and appeared well maintained.
