I would've given this one star if the employees hadn't been so nice. The wait was ridiculous. There was only one person at the counter on a Sunday, holiday weekend, when almost all other local editions are closed. Most of the customers were ridiculously annoying, asking 10 million dumb questions even when they knew they had just been waiting as if making everyone else stand there would make them feel better. They could have called before their pick up or called corporate. This place needs a kiosk or at least a line for gold members just so the employees know who they can just give keys to do those people can get out.
Great experience and really good customer service
I reserved the car through hotwire $80 for a 3 day rental @ $28 that was supposed to be extended through the week. They charged me $300 for the rental and added an additional charge of $139 for a fee they couldn't explain except late return fee although I called to extend the rental. When I got there the agent said they would leave a message for manager to return excess funds to me with no return call. Will not be going there again.
