I haven't even stepped foot in the Dr.'s Office yet and I don't think we will be. After back and forth and being left on hold for a total of 40 mins. Krista (Crista?) gets on the phone with major tude and very RUDE! After I told her I was on hold for 40 mins she argues with me about my wait time and how SHE didn't leave me on hold that long (like it matters who). I am unsure about the service in the office because the BARRIERS on the phone have prevented me from even making the appointment. SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. This woman should not be handling patients over the phone. I finally got the appointment but, I'm not sure if I'll keep it. If there is blatant unprofessionalism across the phone I can only imagine how the office treatment will be.
In and out quickly - I didn't even need to wait 5 min to see the doctor.
Extremely inefficient services. I have waited over 25 minutes beyond the time of my appointment all three times that I have been here. I’ve been especially early to try to prevent this, but I am still waiting much later than my appointment time. Absurd when the appointments themselves last a mere 5 minutes.
I should have read other reviews before switching practices. I originally came here for a second opinion. The office is disgusting, stains all over the carpets, walls, and old furniture. The women at the reception area are rude, unprofessional, and treat the patients poorly. The older receptionist woman had me waiting 45 minutes while the doctor gave my appointment away because she could not figure out my insurance card... which is digital. This was my first appointment, I then was placed in a waiting room that was dirty, then bugs started crawling from under the paper! I was moved and then seen by doctor Palmer, who I like and think he is very knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately, I cannot continue giving his practice my business because of the poor quality of his front desk staff and lack of cleanliness of the building. I returned today for my second appointment. I was running late, I called and one of the receptionist told me to come anyway. I checked in, waited and waited over an hour and when I asked when I would be seen they said that I will not be eligible to be seen until the last appointment is finished... 2 hours after my first appointment. Not once was communicated that I would have to wait hours to be seen, I was screamed at and told I need to take my issue up with the doctor. The staff at this office clearly have never worked at a reputable medical facility because they do not treat the patients professionally or with respect. Let me add that I look very young, and they probably figured they could get away with treating me this way because I am young. I took my records and will go to a better practice. It is a shame because I do like my doctor but the people working their are unbearable. He should put a recording device/camera in this place to see the unprofessional activity and mistreat of his patients for himself, but obviously this kind of behavior and run of the business has to be already known and is tolerated.
Dr David lamb took an interest in finding out about my lifestyle and interests. I did not feel rushed at all and he wad a pleasure to talk to. He gave me many options and pt worked out great for my back. A few herniations and arthritis. Pt strengthened my weak core. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended!
