Went there for help regarding some service changes. First thing the guy said was, you can do this online. We asked another question about something else, he said we could have just googled... So not sure why they still have a job. I ended up calling AT&T, and eventually got the service changes I requested
Had a great experience with Jorge. He was very helpful, polite, and went the extra mile to solve my phone problem--even though there was no sale in it for him. I think a lot of the bad comments about this store come from a long time ago when other people were working there. This team is first rate!!!
