Lowe's has been and is an excellent place to shop. But today, 12/12 3:30pm, the faucet/bath employee should have called for assistance when two customers needed help, instead of spending a lot (lots) of time on one female customer. I had to call Lowe's to get information on where to find something in his Department. A manager came to my assistance by making the phone call inquiry.
OK if you can find items on your own, as associates are hard to find. The place has plenty of parking, good selection, and is cleaner than Home Depot.

Clueless staff. Standing here for 60 mnts looking for a snow scraper by pure temper. The website shows there r 97 pieces in this store. The isle and bin address is wrong and the staff keeps handing me to another and disappearing. Exasperated.
