The customer service at this Home Depot is lousy. I purchased a haul away play for an old washer. The company came to my house and refused to pick up the old appliance. Then they cited a rule they made up can't pick up appliances after 30 days. I went to the store the assistant manager would not even come over. They gave me a number of NJ Clean Energy which was totally bogus because they do not take away washers and the appliance needed to work!!! Hello the reason it was replaced was because it does not work. I asked Home Depot to show me the 30 day rule and they could not provide anything. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE at West Windsor Home Depot.
The store in Flemington is very different. The employees there focus on the customers. At Nassau Park the employees focus on each other.
They never have all the items I am looking for in stock, which means two trips for every shopping list. Also, the structural lumber is all warped and nasty - it's like they don't get rid of their bad/old stock.
Very nice and organized place and helpful stuff. Very good customer service. Plus convince place to shop, it's by my parents house!! I really recommend this place!

The employees at this store get along really well -- with each other. But they ignore the customers. A young lady decided she would scan my items for me in the self checkout line today, without first telling me that's what she was doing, all while carrying on (flirting?) with a young man (another employee). She scanned all my items and failed to say, "How would you like to pay?" She just carried on with the guy. I had to interrupt them to ask if I should pay now.
