I wanted to get my ring resized and I chose this location because it is the most convenient. It's been 2 weeks and I waited for the call and email they told me I would receive. I go online to check and it's ready. Then I called to ask why I wasn't notified. She said the emails come from Texas and they have nothing to do with that. Ok but I didnt get a call either though. She said "Well check your phone because we don't initial if we don't call." Um ok, very rude... I will not go back to this location.
On another occasion, i dropped my wife's ring off for repair and they never bothered to ask to see the warranty papers, two weeks later they call and tell me i have to bring in the warranty papers or pay for the repair. Waste of time.
Great staff, extremely helpful when I purchased my wedding bands.
Very incompetent people working here. I ordered a ring online and had it shipped here, went to pick it up two weeks later on my wife's birthday and they couldn't open the safe. Rudely told my to come back some other time.
