The agent was personable, and she was very quick in setting up the appointment and in all communication. However, she did not know the answer to my very reasonable questions. Also, in my opinion, a better agent would have informed us of other options once the first one fell through. I did make the attempt to ask about another property but I don't think she heard me. Though helpful, she seemed to be in a rush. Maybe other agents are better, but I won't be going back to Weichert for anything.

They overpriced the home and just couldn't get the job done. We waited a few months and tried to sell it on our own but frustrated and confused we still couldn't get it done. We were contacted by another realtor 9 months back and were able to sell our home within 3 weeks. Maybe it was just the agent we used. I'm in sales so I realize that every agent is different but the experience nevertheless left a sour taste in my mouth.
