Best hours!!! Caring staff, clean facilities, great front desk staff! Has overlooked less expensive/less invasive options in favor of providing something that's easy for pet owner but willing to discuss and create/modify the treatment plan.
This was the first time in years my cat didn’t need to be sedated to be seen by a Vet. They managed her anxiety quickly and without a huge amount of stress for the cat.
The staff is great, very attentive and I really felt that my two cats were in good hands. I was there for a routine inspection and was amazed by their technology integration: I got my appointment by phone, gave the information and later I realize that they had a mobile app... when I enrolled the information was already in there! They managed to create a profile for each cat with my email which was pulled automatically when I enrolled in the app. They also asked for my cats records in advance, so they were well aware of why I was there and the overall situation of each animal. Highly recommended! It pricey, but you will get a great service for your money and your pet will get great care.
Our family has brought our dogs to this practice for over ten years and have found the care to be excellent and well above any other practice we have encountered. The medical staff are dedicated and highly trained and the support staff are friendly and helpful. Our current dog had surgery here a few years ago and we had complete confidence in the care she would receive. I can't say enough about this practice -- both in terms of the genuine love of animals that is evident and the top notch care provided. We are grateful for the peace of mind they give us! Thank you!
