EMS is my go to store for outdoor clothing and camping gear. I can usually find exactly what I'm after. The store is modern and well laid out, the staff are friendly, and it's well stocked.
I cannot express how thankful I am to Trevor for helping me secure a replacement sternum strap for my daughter's backpack. He truly truly went out of his way to find a replacement. I called the 888 customer service and did not try at all to help. I decided to call the Princeton store and luckily for me Trevor answered. This is what customer service is all about. Thanks once again. Wish I lived closer to Princeton, this would be my store of choice.

Awesome store! They have lots of Climbing gear. Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even helped me buy online for gear they didn't have in the shop.
