I'm riding home on a rainy evening when one of my long-suffering pedals seized up. But I caught a lucky break because this happened only a block away from Kopp's. They sold me some shiny new pedals, lent me a pedal wrench, greased them up, and let me install them myself in their showroom without batting an eye (and for no additional charge). Saved my butt, and with exemplary service.

I have to support this historic bicycle store. Very reasonably repair price, staffs are very friendly. Big parking lot is on the side of the store. Easy drop of and pick up .

Perhaps you meant the review as a joke or are a saboteur?

To: Green Mountain.

No warranty for their service. I went there for a flat tire and they left a glass on my tire which damage the new tube in 1 minutes and they made me pay for another replacement.

I went to get my chain and rear cassette/free wheel replaced. They accidentally broke my bike rack in the process! That's already quite pathetic, but mistakes do happen. I confirm that they will replace my bike rack, but then one of the employees says to me something along the lines of, "okay, we can give you a discount on a new bike rack." SERIOUSLY? Talk about bad customer service. You're supposed to repair my bike, not give it new problems, and if you make a mistake, you have to own up to it. I stood my ground and they gave me a new bike rack--a used, scratched up bike rack, by the way. Regardless, the damage was already done to their reputation, in my opinion. It wasn't even worth it to raise a fuss about the fact that they gave me a used, scratched up bike rack. I don't doubt their knowledge of bicycles, and they did ultimately fix my bike, but they can display incompetence and poor customer service.

Are you sure you were at Kopp’s Cycle in Princeton? I have been dealing with that shop since I moved to the area in 1984 and have always received superlative service. The staff was able to fix a problem on my Masi which another local shop had been unable to repair.
