I had the most enjoyable experience shopping at this store. Unlike one of the reviews I read, I found the sales people very attentive & the customer service exceptional. The price point and the quality of merchandise is unbeatable. Believe me you will not be disappointed. I purchased the Sloan bed and I definitely plan to buy much more.
LOVE the merchandise. They helped me re-do my family room and made it fresh and updated. With gorgous lamps, sectional, a grand ottoman and custom curtains/pillows. We loved it so much we hired them to do our bedroom as well. Our design meeting covered our budget our vision and then they presented a few plans and helped us select what became our two favorite rooms in the house. Highly Recommend.
My wife and I purchased our new sectional from Luxe Furniture at the Forrestal Village, which we are very happy with. Everyone was pleasant, patient, professional, and all our questions were answered to our full satisfaction. When I emailed them with additional questions they always replied. Delivery was within the expected timeframe. I had a small issue that needed their attention after the furniture arrived and their Customer Service did not hesitate to help resolve things expeditiously. We were more than pleased with this furniture store and service received. In my opinion, purchasing furniture for one's home should be a relaxed and pleasant experience, not only about the furniture. The Luxe Furniture at the Forrestal Village, and everyone who worked with us, gets a five star rating and two thumbs up from my wife and I.
We bought a beautiful floor model table at a very good price. From then on they never returned calls or emails and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. After table was finally delivered we went back to store and were all but ignored. Downright nasty and we still cant figure out why. Great on the sale end, terrible on the follow through. Nice stuff but would never go back. Such a disappointing experience to be treated that way.
