It’s great to see NY salad powerhouse in Princeton. Same great salads and quick service. This new place has ample seating.
Good food
It's a salad place and as long as the ingredients are fresh it's hard to mess up a salad. Salad is good and atmosphere is cool but I feel it's a little bit overpriced and that's why I took one star off.

Just found myself the best salad bar in Princeton with a great and wide selection of fresh salads, toppings and homemade dressings. We tried 6 different ones and everyone was more than satisfied. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and also a kid friendly menu which we will try next time. Portions were big enough to share I would say although I personally finished mine because it was so delicious.
