This Is the Best Chuck E. Cheese in the world and nobody comes close. I do not know what the bad people think. it takes a long time to get the food so what it is fresh pizza and it's hard to make i would like to see you make a pizza form scratch if you think that's a problem. And I work there so keep it to yourself if you have something not nice to say. We work as hard making food. and our kitchen is not normal it cooks 10 minutes later than all the kitchen's in the world. so if you have a problem with the service you should work there and do everything right like they do. And it's even harder waking up Chuck E. So you don't know everything if you don't work there. And To those who think you have to get kicked out. that's your fault.
Not bad Jurrassic arcade, and terminator , snow cross, Mario cart are some of them that's regularly played. Never tried the food here.
The service was great. Kids had great time. Loveed it. I will be going back.
My grandchild enjoyed his visit but I will not come back. I'm all for safety but there is a sign on the front door saying no firearms allowed. That's great except it just lets all the bad guys know they can come in and face no resistance Sorry I refuse to be a sitting duck
Worst customer service ever. Employees don't even have manners. It is always dirty and the machines are always giving problems. When you need help with a machine that won't give you your miserable 4-5 tickets, you have to wait and wait until an employee comes to help you. Not fun when you have kids that only want tickets to exchange for candies. Employees see you at the counter waiting over 15 minutes to be helped and nobody has the decency to call somebody to help you. Langhorne location is much better, cleaner and employees are way nicer.
