This time around, a few major things have changed to our discontent. Chang's has removed their 2 meals for $40 or $50. Whichever it was. We had to order our 2 entrees, appetizers, soups, and desserts, all individually, which really drove up the price. Also, the Chang's spicy chicken which just so happened to be both our favorite entree, is now made very differently. Before it was similar to general tsos chicken, now it resembles the chicken in chicken and broccoli. It was also very dry and crispy. The other thing, those 3 little sauces they give you with a spoon to mix together... They only give by request. It is not a big deal, but we were just used to having them to mix to our liking and put on our meals and rice.
However.
Sorry Chang's... We may be finding another spot to eat. :(
My wife and I have been going to this Pf Chang's specifically each year for our anniversary for the last 5 years that should say something. This has been our favorite place to go out and eat. Love the food and atmosphere is perfect for a late night dinner and drinks.
It was very busy and wait was longer then expected. But it was all worth. Our waiter I believe his name was Mike was very efficient and pleasant. Over all great experience!
Was there recently and the place wasn't busy at all. Waitress were hanging around talking and giggling. We were seated immediately and then ignored for 10-15 minutes. We asked for water which was not served even after the food arrived. Food was wrongly served too. I ordered a tofu dish, since I'm a vegetarian. The waitress brought out my plate, and there little pieces of chicken on my plate. I asked for the Manager, and he/she never showed up. May be the waitress never told the manager about we wanting to see him/her. That will be last visit to this place.
This is the worst PF Chang’s I have ever eaten in! Service was very poor. No plates were given for eating the starters. We had ask for the plates couple of times. In other PF Chang’s the “Dynamite Shrimp” is served in cocktail glass. Here the serving was very simple, in a plate. Above all, the food was so unsatisfactory we all got sick after having it!
Restaurant was not staffed appropriately. Waitress was extremely rude. Never ever going to this freak show again.
